When purchasing online, reviews can help you make a decision about a product or company you may not have any experience with. Our reviews are all authenticated and are only from customers who have purchased from us. We pride ourselves on our customer service and providing the best suited products for the right situation. We show a rating and review from other customers who have purchased the product to help you make an informed decision.

How do we collect product reviews?

After a customer makes a purchase from Shredder Sales, we send them an email to check how they're going. We include an invitation to leave a review of their product if the customer chooses.

How are reviews verified and why are they reliable?

All reviews are verified by email address to ensure that only reviews from customers who have used the product are shown. Because all reviews are verified customers who have used the product, you can be confident that all reviews contain content you can trust.

We do not filter or moderate reviews in any way other than verifying it's legitimate and ensuring there is no profanity or inappropriate content.

   Stack the A4 paper and walk away, this is super convenient. I found hand feeding the smaller pieces took a bit of working out to find the sweet spot, but then it was easy. It's also important to use the oil sheets regularly to keep the teeth working properly.

   This item is well worth the investment and prices all competitive and shipping a lot cheaper and quicker than I thought it might be. Staff are proactive at assisting us and let us know when they thought as item was better suited for our purposes and helped us keep to our budget. Although I hope not to have to buy for them again any time soon, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and repeat purchase.

9. Its automatic, just feed it the proper amount and it will do the rest

   I recently purchased the Infostop Automaster AS60M for my home study/office and I'm very happy with it. It arrived quickly, with no problems, and I put it to work the very day it arrived, just to give it a test. But there was no need, it works perfectly on its own, that is if you want to feed it four or five pages at a time, while you carry on sorting more to shred. Its very quick on its own but of course you can feed it one page at a time, thats also okay. It tells you when the bin is full and stops working, because it needs emptying. That's a good thing because it wont get stuck with too much shredded paper. I dont usually give feedback but I am very confident with this, and for the price its a really good unit. I highly recommend this shredder for home certainly, and I'm pretty sure it would cope with a small office just as well. I believe it has a time frame in the instructions, say 15 or 20 minutes at a time, and that's what I've been doing and its worked efficiently, no worries. It tucks into a small space easily, and fits nicely between my desk and the printer.
