When purchasing online, reviews can help you make a decision about a product or company you may not have any experience with. Our reviews are all authenticated and are only from customers who have purchased from us. We pride ourselves on our customer service and providing the best suited products for the right situation. We show a rating and review from other customers who have purchased the product to help you make an informed decision.
How do we collect product reviews?
After a customer makes a purchase from Shredder Sales, we send them an email to check how they're going. We include an invitation to leave a review of their product if the customer chooses.
How are reviews verified and why are they reliable?
All reviews are verified by email address to ensure that only reviews from customers who have used the product are shown. Because all reviews are verified customers who have used the product, you can be confident that all reviews contain content you can trust.
We do not filter or moderate reviews in any way other than verifying it's legitimate and ensuring there is no profanity or inappropriate content.

This shredder performsI recently purchased an AS360M to shred a huge amount of paper files. The shredder just kept quietly shredding stacks of paper with no time wasting paper jams. Great Service & Great ProductI recently purchased this machine after having paid contractors for some time. The staff were most helpful in assisting me with required accessories and the shredder arrived very quickly. Have found this machine to be fantastic so far and am sure that it won't take long before I recoup the purchase price from what I used to previously pay contractors. Excellent ValueI operate a small office. In the past 2 years I have purchased 3 shredders of different makes - all hopeless. This machine is brilliant. I live in an area with high humidity, and have always had problems with the cutters "clogging" but not with this unit. The auto feed and micro cut features are superb. Highly recommend this shredder.

Quiet and love the bulk shreddingWe recently purchased this shredder after speaking to sales team who advised this was better than the one we original wanted giving him benefit of the doubt we have not been disappointed quick, quite and have had no problems as yet Have found that when shredding A4 ruled note sheets which are a bit finer than usual photocopy paper have had some jams now I am putting that paper mixed up with normal paper and havent had an issue
