When purchasing online, reviews can help you make a decision about a product or company you may not have any experience with. Our reviews are all authenticated and are only from customers who have purchased from us. We pride ourselves on our customer service and providing the best suited products for the right situation. We show a rating and review from other customers who have purchased the product to help you make an informed decision.
How do we collect product reviews?
After a customer makes a purchase from Shredder Sales, we send them an email to check how they're going. We include an invitation to leave a review of their product if the customer chooses.
How are reviews verified and why are they reliable?
All reviews are verified by email address to ensure that only reviews from customers who have used the product are shown. Because all reviews are verified customers who have used the product, you can be confident that all reviews contain content you can trust.
We do not filter or moderate reviews in any way other than verifying it's legitimate and ensuring there is no profanity or inappropriate content.

Solid shredderPurchased as a replacement for a much cheaper lighter duty machine which needed to cool down every 10mins or so. I also tried a Brother medium duty machine and in comparison to the Infostop it offered far lower value. The infostop is solidly built and just keeps on shredding. The auto feed is great too - no more standing over it feeding. A great value solid product.

Very impressed, so quiet!Stack the A4 paper and walk away, this is super convenient. I found hand feeding the smaller pieces took a bit of working out to find the sweet spot, but then it was easy. It's also important to use the oil sheets regularly to keep the teeth working properly.

Excellent service and great productThis item is well worth the investment and prices all competitive and shipping a lot cheaper and quicker than I thought it might be. Staff are proactive at assisting us and let us know when they thought as item was better suited for our purposes and helped us keep to our budget. Although I hope not to have to buy for them again any time soon, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and repeat purchase.
