When purchasing online, reviews can help you make a decision about a product or company you may not have any experience with. Our reviews are all authenticated and are only from customers who have purchased from us. We pride ourselves on our customer service and providing the best suited products for the right situation. We show a rating and review from other customers who have purchased the product to help you make an informed decision.
How do we collect product reviews?
After a customer makes a purchase from Shredder Sales, we send them an email to check how they're going. We include an invitation to leave a review of their product if the customer chooses.
How are reviews verified and why are they reliable?
All reviews are verified by email address to ensure that only reviews from customers who have used the product are shown. Because all reviews are verified customers who have used the product, you can be confident that all reviews contain content you can trust.
We do not filter or moderate reviews in any way other than verifying it's legitimate and ensuring there is no profanity or inappropriate content.

Such a Great Workhorse!I was looking for a long term solution to my shredding needs for a small business and I was tired of cheaper shredders not coping with the workload. This shredder is fantastic. I had a backlog of about 12 reams of documents to shred when this machine arrived. It handled it effortlessly within a few hours with no stoppages due to overheating, no paper jams. To me, it has proven its worth already.

Work wellI purchased the Infostop Automaster AS221MX shredder about a month ago and have been using the shredder bags with it. After working out how to fit them into the shredder bin it has helped reduce the mess when emptying the bin.
