Our reviews are all authenticated and are only from customers who have purchased from us. We pride ourselves on our customer service and providing the best suited products for the right situation. We show a rating and review from other customers who have purchased the product to help you make an informed decision.
How do we collect product reviews?
After a customer makes a purchase from Shredder Sales, we send them an email to check how they're going. We include an invitation to leave a review of their product if the customer chooses.
How are reviews verified and why are they reliable?
All reviews are verified by email address to ensure that only reviews from customers who have used the product are shown. Because all reviews are verified customers who have used the product, you can be confident that all reviews contain content you can trust.
We do not filter or moderate reviews in any way other than verifying it's legitimate and ensuring there is no profanity or inappropriate content.

Exceeded My ExpectationsI recently purchased the AS120M, needing to upgrade at my new place of business after the old one kicked the bucket. This exceeded my expectations and has been amazing so far for what I need. I needed to destroy a large amount of paperwork that I’m cleaning out and this machine did so fast, quiet and efficiently. Excellent ServiceI ordered this printer but it wasn't available, they rang me the next day and offered me the next model above for no extra charge. They ended up sending me the INFOSTOP AUTOMASTER AS120M for almost double the price. So far it has been powering through my shredding

Quick, easy to feed, very efficientI had to replace a 2 yr old el-cheapo shredder I bought at Office Works (was about $300). I should have just got this unit in the first place. It genuinely does multiple pages - one at a time via the unique multi page feeder. It creates almost no paper dust. It is much MUCH quieter. Yes it cost 2.5 as much, but it would have been far better to have not wasted the original $$$ in the first place! Oh, and the delivery was super quick.

Quiet , efficient and reliableSince it arrived on 18/12/25 it has processed over 30,000 sheets of paper and has about that much still to go. Just keep it oiled

Super Shredder Super Quiet Super FastI recently purchased the Infostop Automaster AS250M this is the perfect shredder for my needs in the short time I have had it I have shredded 2 full archive boxes full of A4 documents the unit is simple to use is so so quiet and the auto feed is a dream. Just sit back and relax and wait to load the next 200 sheets.
